Customized T-Shirt – Important Information

Create a T-shirt that is uniquely yours. Upload your preferred image, choose whether you want the design printed on the front or back, select from our 18 available T-shirt colours, and choose the appropriate size.

Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order:

• Customized products are made specifically according to the customer's requirements and preferences.
• Due to the personalized nature of this product, customized T-shirts are not eligible for return or exchange.
• No refunds or cancellations will be accepted once the customized order has been processed, except in cases where the product is received damaged or defective.
• In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us with clear photographs/videos of the product as proof.
• If the damage or defect is verified and approved by our team, the eligible refund will be processed within 7 working days.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the uploaded image, selected colour, print placement (front/back), and size are correct before completing the order.
• Please ensure that the uploaded image is of sufficient quality for printing. The final print may vary slightly depending on the quality and resolution of the uploaded image.
